Always looking for ways to help her four-legged friends, Mari founded this non-profit agency dedicated to providing free veterinary care to animals with life-threatening issues.

“Mari’s House” helps owners get critical care for their pets when they themselves are financially unable to provide the needed services. Mari wishes to ensure that all pets receive the care they need regardless of their owner’s ability to pay.

While it is illegal in this country for any emergency room to turn away a patient in need, sadly, that is not the case for veterinary hospitals. Every year, an untold number of beloved pets die needlessly, simply because their owners are unable to pay the hundreds or thousands of dollars that veterinary hospitals demand.

In fact, a portion of all proceeds from Doggy-d-Lite and Cookies-d-Lite help fund Mari’s House.
